Actionable Goals Template

The actionable goals template gives you and any team a framework for formalizing your high level goals. Don't add too many! Keep your goals and yourself focused - a max of four goals is recommended. 

Add imagery to your goals to help you focus your mind on the goal - visualize it. Then, write down and relate the action items it will take to achieve those goals. You should have more action items than goals! 

Don't forget to define how you will measure the success of your action items and goals! How will you know you've achieved the goal? What will you do to keep track of your progress?
